Job Description:
The role holder needs to answer the inbound customer calls with 100% resolution and satisfaction towards the request raised.
Updating & Tracking customer details in system as per ongoing call & details shared by customers
Handling the claim call with care and empathy.
Assisting and guiding the customers of the process to be followed as per the request
Providing First call resolution for all the possible queries / requests
Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a graduate without any backlog in any of the subject
Should have good oral & written communication (English & Hindi)
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts – Male:24*7, Female:Only day shift
Age Limit – Between 18 to 25 Years
Pick & Drop facility from the nearest railway station
