We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead in .Net
Technical leads provide solutions to technical issues, and are responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
You will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality and implementation.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years’ of relevant Industry experience
- Good knowledge of .net, web services (C#.net,VB.Net JavaScript, HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts)
- Sound Proficiency with Microsoft .NET
- Sound knowledge of estimation technique
- Microsoft Certification – Added Advantage
- A good understanding of N-tier and N-layered architecture
- Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering a relevant technical solution based on best practice / experience / similar projects
- Estimations of the development components required for the entire solution.
- Work with the project manager to support project plans and correct resource and time allocation.
- Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design.
- Develop detailed design.
- Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required
- Use best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough unit testing using the automated unit test framework
- Conduct peer reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
- Identify project risks and assumptions
- Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.
- Support the project manager to keep the project on time and budget.
- Management of technical tasks required for the project
- Primary escalation resource for technical issues
- Conducting code reviews for the development team
- Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect
