Syscon Cronus is the blue chip ERP software of Syscon. The primary role is selling, selling and selling. In the last few years, the selling has been redefined. It  is no longer door-to-door. So it is extremely essential, that candidates need to be a aspirant in building their career in to Sales & Marketing.

  • Lead Generation (both Inbound and Outbound) by
    • E-Mail Campaign
    • Google Adwords
    • Webinars
    • Tele Calling
  • Pre sales ERP software demonstration
  • Regular followup
  • Sending proposal
  • Finalisation of orders
  • Achieving Sales targets
Skills:
  • Flair for selling
  • Conversant with new age on-line marketing concepts like Blogs, Google adwords and Analytics, E-mail Campaigns and webinars.
  • Sharp in understanding client requirements and map the presentation accordingly
  • Excellent communication (both writing and speaking) and people skills are essential.
  • As the ERP solution is targeted for PAN India, Fluency on various regional languages including Hindi will be an added advantage
Others:
Though the follow-ups are mostly done from office, if necessary need to travel locally or to out-of-station to meet the clients and to participate in exhibitions. The role involves detailed functional level understanding of the software. For this the candidates will be provided adequate training on the software.
